Placed an order through your website at the Pasadena TX 3635 location for 1 burrito and 3 bowls. When I opened my email to check verify the order, it had gone through to another location on the other side of Houston, 13360 E Fwy. The Pasadena manager called the Houston location to speak with them to cancel the order but no one would answer. I called the location several times to get a refund and also no one would answer. I just want a refund for the meal. Your website and customer service is very difficult to work when trying to speak with someone to get refund.
