I ordered food through the online portal when I went to pick up my order I was greeted and told that they were unable to fully complete my order that I need to request a refund through the website to get refunded for the items that were not given. I messaged the chipotle team in regards to getting refunded for food that was not given to me and still have not received a response nor refunded for those items. My order was at 8pm on March 21,2020 that same day I made the claim
