I ordered from the wrong location and called to cancel my order and they said they couldn't and go to the app, so I did and i tried reaching out to customer service, i've got nothing and it's been 3 days now. my card just got charged twice and i've put it so many things to talk to customer service. i will not be going back to chipotle. there customer service is terrible. it shouldn't be this difficult
