Went to pick up my shoes from curbside pick up (that I ordered through the app), and I opened the box in the parking lot to discover they gave me the complete wrong color/pattern, I told the associate before she walked back into the building and she said she wouldnt be able to help since the actual store is closed and id have to do a return process online. <br /> <br /> To make matters worse, I dont even have a return shipping label in my box. I only have the exchange SLIP. but no return label. I've email several times and their reps have yet to address my issue as to how I can actually send these shoes back without having to pay for the shipping myself. I shouldnt have to pay for shipping to return something when THEY are the ones who gave me the WRONG shoes.
