I bought a TV, gor home to set it up and the screen was internally broken, went back the next day to exchange, but instead of doing a even exchange, they returned one and recharged me for the new one. Now I have 2 charges out of my account for a TV and was told within 14 days I'll get my refund for the first TV. really???
