I ordered and paid online for a pickup at approximately 11:20 a.m. on March 10, 202 for the Chipotle store located at 11452 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio. When a co-worker went to pick up the order, she was told there was no order in my name. I checked my bank account and the amount for the order was already pending in my account. I called the store and told the girl I needed a refund because I didn't receive my food, but they took my money. I was told to request a refund online. There is no area on the website to request a refund. This is the most ridiculous situation I've seen in a long time. You took money for food I never received. I'd better get a refund!!!
