Chipotle NEEDS a better refund policy. I ordered online and when I showed up they were out of salads!!! I asked for a refund and they said I must submit online??? What??? Why???? I didn't receive any product but you are holding my money??? Find a better system...it's been 2 days since the incident and I have yet to hear back from Chipotle. Basically, you took my money without giving me any product....wow!!!
