So frustrating and so annoying as much as I love shopping at World Market I received a woven basket as a gift on feb 14th. Individual paid cash tried to take the basket back it didn't work for my decor and I did not have a receipt not trying to get a refund. Mind that just store credit and the lady that helped me stated they would issue me a "store credit" then the manager came and said I can only give you $0 that's what it's coming up in our system when they clearly have the item in stock purchased at 39.99. I will call corporate on Monday this is horrible customer service!<br /> Never experienced this at any other retail store ever!
