I inadvertently placed an online "pickup" order meaning for it to be for "delivery". I immediately tried calling the store and it was impossible to get a live person. After 8 attempts, a worker answered and said there was nothing he could do to credit me back. That I needed to fill out an online "Contact Form" to request the credit for the cancelled order. That's ridiculous! Chipotle has lost my business due to how this was not handled. I also took steps to file a dispute with my bank to ensure I'm credited back. Shame on you, Chipotle!
