I placed an order through the mobile app, which I intended to be a delivery order, but mistakenly ordered as pick-up, but I called the store immediately to see if they could change it to delivery. The manager told me it was impossible, and I couldn't cancel either. He said to contact chipotle online for cancellations. I called back and asked same manager if I could place a second order for delivery, and have both orders delivered, and he gave me his word that he would do that.<br /> <br /> When the driver arrived, he only had one order and said that was what he was given. He told me he was gonna return to the store and see what went wrong. I called the manager back and he told me he placed both orders together for the driver, and didn't know why he picked up only one. I then informed him that the driver was on his way back to the store to get the 2nd order.<br /> <br /> Shortly after a woman called me telling me there was nothing she could do, and that she couldn't pay the driver for a second trip, and so I should sort things out with Chipotle. I don't know how it's my fault that a driver forgot to pick up my order.<br /> <br /> I need refund for this order. It was at the Chipotle, SC 109 500 Westgate Drive Brockton, MA 02301
