Dead end loop to try and reach customer service for an order cancellation. Deleting the app and I definitely won't be buying Chipotle for a long time. First the serving sizes have been getting smaller and smaller so we switched to buying salads b/c you get more food. We always order chips to eat our salad with and the serving sizes on those have been so inconsistent, we asked what the difference was and where told "regular is 4oz, large is 6oz." Out of curiosity I came home and finally decided to weight the chips and my large order was 4.4oz which actually had more than the last couple of orders I've had. One regular use to be enough for one person now we pay more. 85 cents difference isn't that much, until you take into consideration that I'm eating this at least 5 days a week and we double order for 2. Add in all the other orders placed throughout the day, and you are stealing a lot of money from your customers. Not to mention the scraps of meat instead of a real portion many times. Customers should be told when you run out of ingredients instead of putting scraps in our meals.
