I'm heated went to Carle place and brought a rocker recliner, that was on clearance. It was $499.00 dollars reduced down to 149.00. I sat in it tried all the position it was good,nice and soft. I couldn't believe it. Paid for it and from that point on I was scammed, what I have now is a dirty chair , hard badly stitched , you have to push yourself to go from back to sitting and knees down, which makes a loud noise. Because I left it there they switched the recliner. I devasted, have pinched nerve. The chair I'm looks like it came from a Garbage Dumpster. I'm out of my money . I won't touch it. They are con artists.
