Hi, I would like a refund because I was not able to receive a meal I paid for online. I checked in at the Chipotle nearest to me for my phone order and waited 20 minutes before someone told me my order was not sent to that location. Don't know where it was sent but I was not able to spend any more time waiting to reorder. The gentlemen there told me that in order to get refunded I would have to contact here.
