I was charged 3 times yesterday trying to order through the mobile app. Never got the email confirmation for the one order either. Ca't get a hold of anyone at customer service. I submitted a request through the site for this and still nothing back. I called the store who said if I do not hear back by Monday to come in and they will try to refund me the money. Now I'm completely broke until next week. Thank a lot chipotle. Never going there again and will let everyone know.
