I ordered yesterday through the app and I got an error so the order did not process, but I was charged 3 times. Meaning I triple paid for a meal that wasnt even ordered. I'm out $30 and I am not happy and would like a refund of my money. I've been trying to get up with someone since the incident happened yesterday around lunch time. I will not be going to Chipotle(and I will inform my friends and family) until this is resolved and I am refunded.
