My wife ordered a meal last night night for my over the phone, but to the wrong location, accidentally. I called immediately and asked them to cancel and refund my order. He said "I'll cancel your order" and hung up. I had to call back a second time and ask how my money would be returned, the same employee says, "go online and make a dispute" then proceeded to hang up again. I love chipotle, so i was understandably heartbroken. I've made my dispute but have not been contacted by anyone.
