I just recently bought a steak bowl through the app and was waiting patently in the restaurant for my food. When they put the bad on the shelf my heart dropped when my name was on a big bag of food that had my order times 4. I quickly spoke to the manager to tell them I only order one bowl and she told me that their was nothing they could do on their end, how she did tell me where to go in order to get a refund for the app glitch. She was super cool about the whole thing. I only want a refund for the extra 3 bowls that were mistakenly ordered and given back.
