I too am a very, very long time customer of QVC. I don't normally buy on a regular basis. Just when I need something or want some jewelry. I recently purchased a diamond bracelet a few earrings. I used easy pay on these since it just pops up on there now when you go to quick checkout. I went to check on my orders and I found my account was gone? I created another since I thought my pc was not letting me access it. I bought a pr of earrings on the new account. I called the next day and was told that my account was closed and my items were all cancelled. They said I owed them money??? My husband and I built this house new 8 yrs ago and we are the only ones who occupied it. So, there is no way that anyone other than us ordered anything from them. <br /> All easy pays were always paid on time so I am not sure how they can accuse me of not paying. I did have many items in my cart and then save for later or wish list. I didn't know that you cannot put items in your cart and change your mind.<br /> Anyway, I had 4 items cancelled that I had paid for already. They did refund one for $7.95 but the ones over 100.00 have yet to be refunded. Looks to me like they created a problem and took my money! The items were paid for??? Why cancel and not refund my money? Seems like a scam from China to me.<br /> We have an attorney and I do hope he can get our money back.
