GREENVILLE, SC PetSmart store has A store manager that changes store policy. I have returned things in the past that I bought with my debit card and have received cash for it. This manager "Haley" gave a customer ahead of me cash back on a return. But, when I went to return something that I paid with a debit card she refused to give me cash back. I'm going to hope it wasn't a racial thing!! First of all, the customer and I had to wait on her because she was on a private phone call. Not a good store, changing the policies for different customers is unethical.
