Terrible customer service! I made a purchase and even though the invoice states 60 days for a return, (and I am within the return window) they keep telling me they are making an exception for me and letting me return it but I have to pay postage?! They also don't train their reps. I was put on hold every time I needed an answer to a simple question. This will definitely be my last purchase with Neiman Marcus online and retail - the store also sucks in customer service. The sales people are very rude and not helpful at all. I can get way better customer service at Nordstrom and Bloomingdales. And honestly, if I really want a designer piece, I'll just shop directly at a flagship store. It's not worth the frustration.
