same experience order routed to the wrong store,called the store, they said they could not help..(odd)? I had to go to there portal, so far its been a few days, and nothing...they wont even confirm the email been recieved ...i am a restaurant manager and this is not good, not communicating with your customers, hiding behind this portal, guys its not about the money its your indifference to your customers ....customers want to feel that Chipotle listens if there is a problem or maybe a suggestion..i lost 27 bucks, but in the end its peanuts compared to what i would of spent..
