I tried to return shirt my mom got me she for sure paid $12 for it the tag was still there... when I went to return they offered me $0.16... yes no joke 16cents!! Are you kidding me??? No way you ever sold this shirt for 16 cents! What a scam horrible service. Ross is horrible seriously there prices aren't even good anymore you seriously get a better deal at the sale racks at a department store like Macy's or the Nike store. Much better deals there. Ross=overpriced, 2nds, horrible service and dirty unorganized stores... never again. What a RIP off
