Took Tilting outdoor umbrella frame and pole to store for refund. <br /> Person at counter could not get SKU number to take and told me to return by mail. <br /> Then told me to call Customer Service to get address and shipping label. <br /> Called Customer Service and was told there was no reason the store would not issue the refund because <br /> the SKU number was correct. <br /> They told me they would email me a FedEx shipping label but that was 4 days ago and I still have not received. <br /> I am on hold and no one is answering Customer Service for me to inquire about the shipping label and to get the address so I can return. <br /> Very frustrating. Will never order anything on line from World Market EVER again nor will I go back into their store just because of the treatment I have received over this one item.
