Hello, I shop 3-5 days a week at Frys food on Dove Valley Rd in Carefree.<br /> <br /> I spend thousands of dollars a month at this store. I have bought back yard furniture, bathroom towels, wall decor so on and so forth. I shop at Frys for all my parties, b-days, Thanksgiving, Christmas etc...<br /> <br /> There has been times maybe 2-3 times during a week I have had to return items, such as, food, or drinks or house hold items. Today June 26, 2019 I made an attempt to return two boxes of frozen shrimp, and some Gatorade. When I approached customer service desk, the lady said, &quot;How can I help you&quot;<br /> <br /> I said, I have a couple items here to return, but I need a moment to get my receipt out. While I was doing that, she walked over to the Service manager and complained to him about my returns that apparently had been to many. He approached me, I had my receipt that I had handed to him, he looked at it he-jawed back and and forth. He than he proceeded to say, he could no longer return to me.<br /> <br /> Now you explained to me why I was stopped for returning items that I purchased, always, always I have my receipts. I spend so much on a weekly basis that to be treated like I was a criminal. I'm a good person. I' m a Psychologist here in Phx, As. I believe I was mistreated and I did not deserve that kind of treatment. <br /> <br /> I have a lot of friends, and colleagues that will be informed not to shop at Kroger stores. I have never been so embarrassed as I was at Frys. There were a lot of people around, and I just really felt so humiliated by the actions of the Frys employees.<br /> <br /> I believe I did nothing wrong, but Kroger made me feel differently.
