I purchased a Groupon for a Pontoon boat for 10 people- $249. I never opened the voucher. I had to wait to call the merchant because I didn't know when we could all go. <br /> So the day I called to schedule it showed my voucher already redeemed. I called Groupon, advised them that I had not even looked at the Groupon since I purchased it. So they unredeemed it. <br /> I called to schedule a date with merchant, again never opened voucher. But a few days later, we realized we would not be able to go due to our schedule changes. I cancelled the reservation. <br /> I called to notify Groupon of the cancellation, they said the Groupon has already been redeemed. I advised them I did not open it, I only called merchant. <br /> They did unredeem it but the Groupon expires July 9th. We will not be able to use it by then possibly and I don't want to loose the money. <br /> The only option they gave me was to gift to someone else. I ask for Groupon bucks so I can use as exchange. They said there is nothing they can do. <br /> I requested a supervisor and after verifying everything, the supervisor said I will receive a refund in 5 to 7 business days. After a few days, I received an email that said they made a mistake. Now I have heard no ther response. I emailed 3 or 4 times with no response.
