Bought a pair of the BOB shoes for $50.00. Wore them for the first time today and the rubber sole has come loose from the toe portion of the shoe. Haven't had them on for not even 8 hours and they are already falling apart. And now you tell me I can't return them? I will NEVER patronize DSW again because of the horrible return/exchange policy. They charge too much money to not stand behind their products!
