I purchased Circus tickets for my daughters 8th birthday. We drove over an hour to the address Groupon gave us for the venue. There was nobody there. I opened the voucher to see if there was another address. Nope but the voucher said Everett, a city that's 1.5 hrs away. There was no possible way to make it and my baby was super bummed. I contacted Groupon immediately through email, the only option, and it took 48 hrs for them to respond. They stated that all sales are final. I'm livid. THEY made the error so why should we still have to pay for it? I've read lots of reviews and they seem to do this alot. If I dont get my refund I will contact the AG on their state. This is fraud and they need to be stopped.
