I purchased a starter kit for a byop device I had. It's said I could activate it online so I paid the 76.02 for service and received a email with order number saying something would be shipped in 2days. It was sure out of my account but my phone was never activated. I called sustainer service next day and after 45 min explaining what was going on I was told it was a bias sim and I had to go buy another or they could over nite me one. I chose to go buy one and this time the target employee failed to scan the right bar code to activate it so when I called in with that sim info I was told it was not valid was not scanned right so now I have spent 22.00 in SIM card and 76.02 to Verizon. Well the same nice and helpful man I was talking with through customer service said he could overbite one that was already activated and would just have to pay again to start service and then get a refund for the first amount of 76.02 through billing. So I paid again received my sim like promised and it worked. Now I am trying to get my refund for first charge but can't get thru to anyone either site is temporary unavailable or automated wants a phone number which I don't have one for the previous order because it some how was post paid and I am on prepaid now. Chat just send s me back and for or to call telesales I have wasted probably 24 hrs trying to get this and nothing figured out. I guess maybe it would be best to complain to the bbb
