Shopping at Kroger is not a pleasure. That is why I go to Publix. Store manager, Rich, (he would not give me his last name) hello red flag! would not give me an exchange on an item. He said it was state law. My complaint is that store policy should be consistent with all items. If state law prohibits the exchange (not a refund) then the store should quit selling the item. Kroger's customer service is very poor and it is indicative that they are trying to please its stockholders.
