I cancelled my order and requested a refund around late December. It is now March 15 and I still can not get my refund. I have been constantly calling for an update and it's always the same loop with no results. Staff always tells me i will get it very soon but 3 months later and they still can't give me my money back. Ive a customer of Ashley furniture for a while now and am currently paying for a different product. I pay every month what's owed or more. Why can't I get my money back???????
