On 2/24/19 my debit card was charged twice. I was told to call a 1-800 number which got me no where except to place an order for catering. After several calls to a different store, Lauren went out of her way to help me. You have to fill out a detailed form and upload your receipt and wait, and wait, and wait. Finally filed a complaint with my bank. The Chipotle in Waverly has the worst customer service ever.
