Kroger is failing customer satisfaction. First off I want to say something to those who have never experienced the unprofessional and demeaning behavior of a Kroger employee,(you shouldn't be so eager to post the things you do backing the acts of denial). <br /> There isn't a business in operation, and especially a Kroger location, that doesn't have employees that are unknowledgeable regarding their place of employment or that go to work with their personal life causing them to act in an unprofessional manner. Kroger stores do not operate like corporate states they do, or should. Each location has its own rules despite what some may think. This is something that happens everywhere. The day will come where the people who denied, took part in the denial, or in any way support the denial of a return, are being confronted by good old CARMA. Yep that's right, CARMA has no mercy. It's really sad though that you'll probably never realize why it is that you are experiencing it when it does call upon you. Oh well, I'll smile now and every day knowing that you are given back for what you've dished out. &#240;&#65533;&#65533;&#65533;
