In the last 2 months, I have had abysmal order and return service from NM. In November they sent me a garment that had dried food on the left sleeve and piling on the front of a obviously already used cashmere sweater. Then, when I returned an ordered item b/c it didn't fit in Dec. and asked for my money to be returned to my credit card, NM sent me a gift certificate for the returned item, to be used ONLY in their stores. This is not nor has been NM's return policy, and I was never advised otherwise. I called NM, and they said they would send my request for my return's reimbursement to the same credit card on which I purchased the sweater...to their Marketing Department and they would respond to me by e-mail on a first come first serve basis. What is going on with NM??
