I had searched everywhere for a pair of the wireless BEATS earbuds. It was right before Christmas and they were on sale . I found one pair in a green color at one store . I bought them because it was the last pair they had left and I figured at least my son would have them for Christmas . I decided to call around some more after that to see if I could find the blue pair . Blue was the color he really wanted and I found it at a store not far from me but it was a drive . I got there and wanted to exchange my green pair for the blue pair I have the receipt and they were the exact same item unopened . They refused to return them or exchange them because they claim I have to wait 24 hours in order to do so . I even spoke to the store manager and they said it was not possible to help me and I would have to come back . To top it off they had both the green and blue pair in their hand and instead of asking me they asked the girl behind the desk which when I actually had so that I went home with my original pair . Not trusting me . It was ridiculous it was a waste of my time and it really upset me . Target is horrible with their return policy and I will tell you that I will never shop there again !!!! I would honestly recommend going pretty much anywhere else but there just in case you need to return something .....
