Trying To Match The Boots With The Coats I Bought For My Daughter And Nieces. I First Exchanged Two Because I Wear The Same Size And Two Of The And Realized The Boot Was A Little Tight. I Then Had To Come Back And Changed Two More Due To The Colors Wasn't Matching The Coats. Both Time The Manager Was Rude And Made Me Rebuy The Boots And Then Put The Refund On Instead Of Just Letting Me Exchange For The Same Boot That Was Right There In The Store. My Money Was Good Enough To Spend At The Store In The Beginning. How Do I Make A Formal Ccomplaint On This Manager. What Made It More Horrible Was That He Treated Me As If I Never Spent My Money Or Willingly Bought My Daughters The Uggs. I Bought The Men In My Family A Total Of 4 The Uggs Slippers From Uggs, So It Wasn't As If I Could Not Go To Uggs. He Was Not Nice In Regard To My Return Merchandise.
