December 31, 2018. My daughter and I went to Fred Meyer Burlington,Wa.to buy a Karaoke CD. I asked the salesperson name Kelli about the Karaoke CD she showed my daughter and I the right one to buy and she even introduce couple Karaoke CD to us. So, we went home I was cooking dinner and my daughter said the Karaoke CD is not working and she was very disappointed. (My daughter bought it with her own Christmas gift money.) The next day January 1,2019 we went to Fred Meyer Burlington, Wa. to return the CD. We went in line and wait for our turn, when it was our turn the customer service ask us what's wrong with the CD. And we told her there was nothing wrong with the CDs it just not for Karaoke. And she said it's the law you can not return open CD. And I said can I talk to your manager? And she left calling the customer manager on the phone, couple minutes she came and I told the customer manager what the problem was. I said I understand that you can not return open CD but the sales lady name Kelli was the one introduced to me and my daughter about the Karaoke CD which is doesn't even work. And the manager keep saying it's the law you can not return open CDs couple times but she did not hear me, I was trying to explained to her that that was her co- worker introduced it to us that's why we bought it. And the customer manager keep saying will... it was your own free well to buy the CD she did not force you to buy it. Of course not she did not force us to buy it. It was the sales person introduced it to us from the first place. So, we assumed and expected her that she knows what she's talking about of selling the products. She made my daughter upset and she did not even apologize.<br /> I learned a lesson to buy products now at Amazon.
