I placed an order online Sept 3, 2018 called to find out when I would receive it, I was told 6 weeks, that had come and gone. I called 2 weeks ago to cancel the order and get my a refund. I got jerked around. I was told the refund request was sent, the next call, the they said the refund request was received,they would expedite the refund. The next call I was told neither had been done or could be done, because the order has to be cancelled first. This is the most incompetent retailer I have ever dealt with and I don't like to knock employees, but they reflect the incompetence of Sears. After reading the comments here I will call IL AG tomorrow to see if they can do anything.
