The absolute worst customer service and printer. I had an Epson 4800 that worked like a charm for years. I bought an Epson Sure Color p800 that led me to make numerous phone calls to Epson, Apple, and the large online retailer where it was purchased. After the recommended purchase of several papers and a monitor calibrator to fix the problem, the lemon barely spit out an acceptable print. I ended up sending the order to a lab. The color issue was followed by an error message that said the dvd/cd tray needed to be removed to print. This model does not have that tray. I threw in the towel and contacted Epson for a return. They wanted $800 on my credit card as a security deposit if they were going to send me a mailing label. Really? I was also informed that I would be receiving a reconditioned model. I haven't even used a third of the ink provided on my new model and have documentation of all the calls I made. Ten months, an additional $500 spent and still no working printer. Shame on you, Epson. I am no longer a customer and encourage others to give you the boot as well.
