So my sister and I bought wigs at a store located in mall by our house, well we got home ans tried the wigs on and they didn't fit and looked really weird. We had place we needed to go so we couldn't take them back that day. The next day we brought them back and we were "helped" by the rudest and "sly" customer service rep at the same store. She took the wigs out, stuck her face in them and said they smell used, went to get 2 "random" wigs from the racks, which we saw her going through the wigs and not grabbing the obvious resale wigs that didn't have proper packaging for 5minutes, came back and said "they don't smell like this," proceeded to shove the wigs in our faces saying "see these ones smell like plastic, these smell used," which wasn't true, because the wigs we had purchased smelled strongly of plastic and had only been tried on for 10 minutes if that. My sister and I left, went to a different Spirit Halloween to return the wigs and the girl helping us there was like "trying wigs on is fine, we know they don't work for everyone" and proceeded to give us our refund. I like Spirit Halloween, but after dealing with the very rude employee who was obviously lacking in guest services training, and shoving supposedly new wigs in peoples faces, I don't know if I'll shop at one again. It really does only take one terrible employee to kill your brand for people.
