Hello I ordered 2 items and was told each day that the items were coming for a whole week, they were never delivered. In week 2 day 10 I received a phone call to tell me the goods were not delivered to my address and that I would receive them on Tuesday then I was told the goods would arrive this Wednesday which was 3rd October and this has been going back and forth since I ordered the goods on 18th September 2018. I am completely disappointed in Groupon and would not trust them to send me any goods again ontop of that I find out it may not be possible to redeem my money back when I was promised each day the goods were coming so who is at fault here I would like my money back please if you cannot deliver. I will make sure that Groupon receive a negative testimonial as I do not see why I should lose money on products that I have paid for. It is fraudulent behaviour on your part Groupon and a con.I will let others know what has happened to us too. What a let down You need to call me and refund me my money 0208 902 9991
