A JEFFREY RECIO, Beauty Coordinator, rejected a return of La Metier de Beauty - Peau Vierge Anti Aging Complex, Shade 02, with a letter that says that my return cannot be accepted because it is not in saleable condition. IT IS A DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE! I have been using Peau Vierge Shade 02 for many years. I went to buy a supply before I returned to Europe and saw that Bergorf will no longer be carrying it and the leftover merchandise was on sale. I promptly purchased 2 tubes. I returned to Washington and opened one tube only to find that the color had nothing whatsoever to do with the color I have been using for years. I cannot use it as it is far darker than the original 02 shade. I called, CS put in a FedEx pickup, I packaged up the tube I didn't open, though I should have returned the one I opened also but I already discarded the box, and returned it. The merchandise and my receipt are at my friend's house in McLean. There is not much I can do from here but you can put in a pickup for the item and issue me a credit. As it is I already am out of $70+ tax even if you do what is right: credit me the unopened item I returned in perfect condition.

I think that the transaction number
