Can anyone help me.While browsing a Groupon Getaway somehow it popped up I had purchased a 9 night stay at hotel Blue in Myrtle Beach for almost $1200.I immediately went to Costumer Service And reported this mistake.I was told that it had to be handled by a higher up and that they would contact me within24-48 hours.IBeing it was on a Friday I was told weekend time didn't count.On Monday I received email from an Eva B. Customer service rep stating that the hotel refused to cancel this and I am stuck with the reservation.I really can't afford to lose this money and was just browsing with little intention of taking a vacation.Can anyone help me ?
