I have a long outstanding issue (from last June) with a groupon purchase from Champs (montreal). The company will not stand behind their 5 year warranty. Two of the three sets of wheels on the luggage were completely worn down while (we were in Europe) used for travel in just 5 weeks. Dated photos,were sent immediately along with the required proof of purchase and info.<br /> The luggage can not be repaired, as they no longer make those wheels (no luggage companies use this type of wheel any more). <br /> Now at this late stage, the stance Champs is taking is they never issue a refund and that it should have been addressed within a 30 day period and I should have directed my request to groupon. THIS NOW A WARRANTY CLAIM Champs!!!! Groupon can you help me out.
