I recently went to Fred's to get groceries. Total came to $52. I gave cashier (2) $50 bills. She rang it up as only $70, and gave me back the wrong amount in change. I immediately bright problem to customer service. They would not count out her till immediately to give me mt correct change back. Instead they said I would have to fill out a form and wait 24-48 hours and would have to view the cameras through loads prevention. ?? This seemed ridiculous to me because so much could happen to my money in that amount of time, considering I just bought and paid for the groceries, paid cash and used my rewards card. I am still trying to get my money back from Fred Meyer. I do so much shopping there but I'm starting to not like there policies and procedures.
