Telephone customer service is nonexistent. I was placed on hold for over 30 mins and never spoke to a person.<br /> <br /> I ordered online but DSW sent the wrong boot. I returned the item to the store and they told me 5/7 business days before I would see my refund. They don't wait 5-7 days for the customer to pay them, so why do customers need to wait 5-7 days for their refund when the item has been returned? <br /> <br /> These are worse return policies I have ever seen. <br /> <br /> I will not shop at DSW again.
