I purchase two rooms at a hotel and the transaction clearly said failed. So the next morning I checked to see if they went through and it still showed failed. So I tried purchasing the rooms again and they went through. I was charged for those rooms immediately, and two days later I was charged for the other rooms that were failed. I fought and fought with the whole Kelly and Groupon and everyone refused to reimburse me for those two rooms that were purchased even though it said failed. Groupon employees are horrible to get a hold of, and if you do get ahold of them they sounds like they live in Egypt you can't understand a word they say. Highest up and management said sorry you purchased for a Realms, no I didn't do didn't go through so I only purchased two. I used to love them but I don't want to do business with them anymore
