I have had difficulty returning goods to Groupon. There is noooooooo way to access a live English speaking customer service representative. I have called <br /> 1. I have an auto detailing voucher in my stuff. I have writer to customer service and they stated a rep. would call me the next day. Well that never happened.<br /> 2. I have a groupon for &quot;Baby Genius Step to Step Dance Mat&quot;. I received 4 and want to return 3 of them. The directions for returning items hasn't worked. Is that so I have to pay for them all?
