Groupon is a complete scam.. I bought a voucher for service and the merchants phone number is dead (confirmed by the phone co). I emailed groupon and they emailed back and told me to call the merchant. Seriously??!! There is no email for the merchant, and I can't reach the via their website, either. There is no phone number listed for groupon so I tried live chat and it said there were no operators available. I tried the corporate number and it's been disconnected. Wow, groupon must be part of the witness protection program. I will just contact my credit card company and let them deal with it. And.....I will never buy from them again.
