Will someone help me please? Sears refuses to return my money and they have their appliance that was never delivered to me. I have been trying to get my money for over a year in November. <br /> <br /> Here's the hiccup, Sears mailed a refund check of $250.00 of $1748.10 which is the cost of their &quot;installation fee&quot; for my new stove. <br /> <br /> I called Sears again and I asked for the rest of my refund for the stove that was never delivered; 1478.10.<br /> <br /> I waited four months for Sears to mail a second check 1478.10 which they did.<br /> I deposited said sears check in my bank and 48 hours later Sears stopped payment on the check and withdrew the refund of 1478.10.<br /> <br /> When I called Sears to get an explanation and my money, Sears said no, they made a mistake and my money should be returned via Pay Pal. <br /> <br /> I have been emailing Sears, my Bank and Pay Pal but no one will help Me get my refund.<br /> <br /> Thr latest excuse comes from PayPal who says &quot;too much time has passed and it's against PayPal policy to follow up with Sears to give me my money.<br /> <br /> What should I do now? I want my $1478.10 refund. Shouldn't PayPal contact Sears and tell them to cut me a check since PayPal won't return my money electronically
