I will never use a Groupon again. I booked a Carriage Ride in Dallas for the 16th of Dec. and my son booked one for the 20th. I wanted to cancel the 16th and use that payment for the 20th. I never could get thru to anyone to achieve that. I called the Carriage company and they told me to contact Groupon. I have never been thru so much for such a small thing to do. I just wanted my credit to go for the 20th carriage ride, not the 16th.<br /> In the past I have had a problem with Groupon. I am not impressed with your company and how you do things.
